ANINE BING offers returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the return packing slip provided during the online process.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
